3. Benvenuti Winery
Vineyards surround the home of the Benvenuti family in Kaldir, and the winery is located in the same location. The focus of this winery is on traditional methods of maturation in older and aromatically neutral oak barrels, which preserves and expresses the authenticity of the historical varieties of central Istria – teran, malvasia and white muscat. They offer a unique tasting experience where you will have the chance to try their best wines along with delicious local food.
4. Kabola Winery
One of the most beautiful wine estates in Istria, recognised even by the film industry. Kabola winery is well known for producing wine in oak barrels and amphorae, which makes their wines complex and authentic. They offer several types of tasting tours led by professional sommeliers in order to fully convey the special story of this winery.
